Danone – Yoghurt, Dairy & Snacking Report

The objective of this project was to understand South African consumers snacking behaviour, specifically focusing on yoghurt consumption.

  • What are the themes of the online conversation?
  • Who are the influencers among consumers, retailers, brands and media?
  • What are the various snacking choices? Where does the yoghurt category fit in, in terms of a snacking choice?
  • What are the themes of the yoghurt conversation?
  • What are the usage occasions of yoghurt?
  • What are consumers current perceived benefits or concerns about yoghurt as a snack?

The insights from the report will be used in order to encourage consumers to eat more yoghurt and to regard yoghurt as the no.1 snacking choice.
